If you want to get an idea of how formidable Tracy Young is, watch her talk at the 2015 Female Founders Conference

Tracy Young, a former construction engineer and cofounder of PlanGrid, speaks at the 2015 Y Combinator Female Founders Conference. She talks about building software for construction superintendents and about customer success. HN recommends it as a strong founder talk that shows how formidable and practical Young is, with advice delivered through a beaver metaphor.
