SEE A Adam Ruins Everything (Why You Should Tell Coworkers Your Salary)
A four-minute Adam Ruins Everything segment on why employers discourage workers from sharing salaries. It argues that discussing pay with coworkers is legal and helps workers. Linked in threads on pay and compensation as a quick explanation of why talking about salary helps employees.
