PickVidsClassic Teams vs new Teams side by side video
even Microsoft shows Teams was a utter piece of garbage with both memory and cpu usage
A short Microsoft promo comparing classic Teams with the rewritten new Teams side by side, claiming faster startup and better performance. The new version is shown taking around nine seconds to launch. Not recommended; it is cited mockingly as an example of software bloat and of Microsoft calling a slow startup fast.
