PickVidsRegreening the desert with John D. Liu | VPRO Documentary | 2012
I've seen a documentary with some before and after video footage. Quite amazing difference
A VPRO documentary following ecologist and cameraman John D. Liu. He documents the regreening of China's Loess Plateau and other efforts to restore deserts and biodiversity around the world. HN cites it as the best-documented example of landscape-scale restoration working, with striking before and after footage from the Loess Plateau.
