PickVidsDave Chappelle - Ja rule
reminds me of this [Chappelle Show skit]
A one-minute clip from Chappelle's Show in which Dave Chappelle riffs on Ja Rule and the 'what does Ja Rule say' bit. It is a short comedy sketch with no technical content. HN commenters invoke it as a punchline when someone confidently opines on something they may not have answers for; it is a running joke, not a recommendation.
