PickVidsSimon Sinek: Why Leaders Eat Last
watching talks by the authors, which give you the key concepts from the book in an hour
Simon Sinek's 99U talk on why leaders earn trust by putting their team's safety ahead of their own, drawing on biology and anthropology. It distills the ideas of his book Leaders Eat Last into about 46 minutes. HN commenters point to it as a quick way to get the key concepts of the book and as an introduction to leadership thinking.
