See Jordan Peterson's interview with James Damore, where he goes through the memo almost line-by-line.
Jordan Peterson's roughly 50-minute interview with James Damore, the fired Google engineer, going through his diversity memo nearly line by line. The description links the scientific literature behind the claims. During the 2017 memo controversy, HN commenters pointed to it as Damore's own account and a detailed walk-through of the memo's sources.
