PickVidsYes Prime Minister, Discussing Trident
one of the UK's best contributions to political education and entertainment
A two-minute Yes Prime Minister scene in which Sir Humphrey persuades Jim Hacker to buy Trident, using tortured logic about nuclear deterrence. HN mostly quotes it as a joke about the nuclear missile Harrods would sell, and one commenter praises the show as political education.
