PickVidsAR15: Mud Test
take a look at these two vids showing how AK vs AR-15 handle lots of mud
InRangeTV subjects an AR-15 to a mud test in the same mud and location as a preceding AK-47 test. It shows how the rifle runs when covered in mud. Cited in AR versus AK reliability debates as evidence that the AR-15 handles mud better than its reputation suggests.
