PickVidsWhy We Should NOT Look For Aliens - The Dark Forest
This video summarizes the details[1]
说明
这是2021年由Kurzgesagt – In a Nutshell发布的一部讲解，主题归在Cosmology & astrophysics。 Kurzgesagt animated explainer on the Dark Forest answer to the Fermi Paradox. It argues that if advanced civilizations exist, staying silent may be the safest strategy because revealing yourself invites a first strike. HN commenters cite it as the accessible summary of the Dark Forest theory whenever SETI, alien contact, or hostile-environment analogies come up.
